Vegan, Carnivore or Omnivore? It really doesn't matter what you choose. What does matter is if your plant based diet is filled with fake meats, tons of grains and sugar. Or if those animal proteins contain hormones and antibiotics while cooked in vegetable oil.

There‚Äôs been a misconception for years that we need to be sweating our butts off at the gym, no pain, no gain, right? We do the required hour at the gym, pat ourselves on the back and wonder why we still find it so hard to lose weight.
